Compared to YouTube recipes I've tried, your manual was THE BEST. May hinahahanap kasi yung taste buds ko, and nakuha siya dun sa recipe mo. Kaya i will definitely try it again!

Hi! Good day, Ms. Chef Z. I've tried your Pandesal Recipe. I'm very happy with the result. It's a very fluffy bread! I've put some flavors on it. I tried pandan, mocha with chocolate chips filling and of course the plain one. Di ko na natikman un mocha flavour kasi nilantakan agad ng mga kids ko. They said my breads are not enough. Wala pong breadcrumbs or graham pero the outcome is gooood and soft. I think you can even use the recipe para sa Ensaymada and Cinnamon Rolls. Been making and experimenting different kinds of bread po and I loooove your recipe! Thank you so much for the recipe. Looking forward to more great recipes.

OMG, Ma’am Z!!! Hindi po sa OA, but this is excellent! Sobrang sarap at ang soft niya talaga. Though medyo nahirapan akong to shape the dough sa gusto kong shape kasi malambot ang dough, sulit naman ang hirap kasi ang sarap at ang soft. Thank you soooo much for this recipe. It was the softest and fluffiest bread I have ever made. Really yummy raw sabi ng daughter ko. It will be one of my go-to recipes for my bread. I am so happy!

Gumagawa na ako Ube Pandesal before using different recipes, yung plain hindi ko ma-perfect. When I see the dough wet, I just start to add flour without accuracy. Mainipin kasi ako. Hehehe. Now, I know it's in the mixing process. Now, I can see the difference with exact measurements and just adding any amount of flour. Thank you so much for your time, tips, and chatting while baking. Chef Zar, the dough was perfect! Super soft po until now. Yun pa rin breakfast ko no need to re-heat. For the savory filling, I made hotdogs w/ ham & cheese, corned beef & cheese. My kids & neighbors loved it! Also, it's so easy to prepare po less kneading, can just rely on the mixer to fully develop at di po siya sticky. Tried several pandesal recipes but ended up matigas kinabukasan yours is really perfect po. Will be baking again this weekend w/ sweet filling naman. hehe. Thanks a bunch!

Been selling Ube Cheese Pan de Sal since the month of May and inconsistent ng dough. Kahit same recipe lang, Eto, sa halo palang ng wet and dry ingredients nasabi ko na agad na magiging madali pag handle ko.

I really liked your class and there was no pressure at all in the learning process.
